Rick Pendergrass
Owner
Rick and his wife Debbi, both Michigan natives, moved to Phoenix in 1982. Rick began working for a local newspaper selling advertising and one of his accounts was Direct Carpet Outlet. Never thinking, prior to moving to Arizona, he would ever sell floor covering Rick accepted a position in sales for Direct Carpet Outlet. He soon moved into the General Manager position and in 1992 he and Debbi had the opportunity to purchase Direct Carpet Outlet which at that time was owned by Danube Carpet Mill located in Chattanooga Tennessee.
In April 1996 Direct Carpet Outlet joined with Carpet One and became Direct Carpet One. Carpet One is the largest group of independent retailers in the world with the buying power of over 1400 stores worldwide. As a locally owned flooring store Rick is committed to excellence. His goal is to consistently offer the most outstanding service possible to every customer.

Kevin Snyder, a Puget Sound native, and our newest sales rep, has been in the floor covering industry for nearly 2 decades. Through those years, he’s gained a lot of experience in a multitude of fields, and carries the respect of many past clients. He’s at home now in the Phoenix area, and is anxious to share his quality customer service and thorough product knowledge.

A Phoenix native, Patti has been with Direct Carpet One Floor and Home for over 13 years. She began working with the Direct Carpet One team as a customer service rep and is now the General Manager. Tracy is an Arizona native and has been a part of the Direct Carpet One Floor and Home team since 2006. Tracy brings with her over a decade of sales and administrative flooring experience. She has worked on many exciting projects to include designing flooring for custom spec houses, homes in the central corridor as well as loft projects. Terry has been a member of the Direct Carpet One Floor and Home Team since 1994 when he became a salesman for the company. Prior to this he was a flooring installer for eight years which helped him with his Transition into sales. His work as an installer and a salesman led to his current position as installation manager, a position he has occupied since 2002.
